Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel you appointment or you don’t show up and don’t call, I will expect you to pay a cancellation fee. For any appointment that is cancelled less thann24 hours in advance, but more than six hours in advance the cancellation fee is equal to 50% of your your expected donation. For any appointment that is canceled less than six hours in advance and for all no call, no shows, you will be expected to pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the expected donation due to the difficulty in scheduling another appointment in that short of an amount of time. Please remember that time is equal to money for me so please be respectful of that and do everything you can to follow through with your scheduled appointment. If you have cancelled and not paid the cancellation fee elation fee, you will not be able to schedule with me in the future and you will be added to providerr blacklists that are checked by providers nation wide and it will make it difficult to see a provider in the future.
